Izabela Lemanska
My name is Izabela and I am a mature woman. Yes, mature, not "older", not "just over fifty".
I like this word because it reminds me of experience, self-awareness, and the fact that we increasingly know what we want... and what we definitely do not want. For years I have worked with women and every day I have the opportunity to observe how much we change over the years. Our bodies change, our skin, the way we look at ourselves and the world. Our needs, priorities, and relationships change. Sometimes there is more confidence, calmness, and freedom, and sometimes questions arise that we previously did not need to seek answers to. And that is exactly what I would like to talk about here. About us. About femininity, which does not end at any age. This blog was born out of the need for conversation, a simple, women's chat over coffee. Without pretending, that everything is perfect. Without convincing that every change is wonderful. Because it is not always. Maturity has its beautiful sides, but it also has challenges. Sometimes we need to learn to like our bodies again. Sometimes we have to accept changes that cannot be stopped. Sometimes we find ourselves again after years in which others were the most important. And sometimes we simply need to remind ourselves that we are important too. What will we talk about? Above all, about what a mature woman
is like today. What she needs, what she fears, what brings her joy, what moves her, what angers her, and what makes her feel attractive. About sensitivity, relationships, self-confidence, changes, and that attractiveness really has no expiration date. We will also talk about FACE AND BODY CARE , about what mature skin needs, how we can take care of it daily, what care methods we can apply at home, and when it is worth seeking professional help. I will share knowledge, experience, and what has really worked over years of working with women. And finally, we will take a look into my office. I will talk about TREATMENTS , which I perform, about their effects, purposes, and who they may be a good choice for. However, I want it to not be about the promise of stopping time. It is about taking the best possible care of ourselves at this stage of life where we are right now. Because maybe we don't have to look like we did twenty years ago. Maybe we just need to look, feel attractive. Have well-cared-for skin, a healthy body, energy, and a desire for life. And above all, let’s be ourselves. I am a woman over fifty and I know well that over time we start to look at many things a bit differently. At ourselves, our bodies, relationships, needs, and what truly makes us happy. We learn to know ourselves anew, sometimes with a smile, sometimes with a bit of tenderness for the woman we were before. That’s why I would like this place to be primarily our feminine space. Without judgment, and without read, made recipes for life. I would like us to be able to simply talk here. About what brings us joy and what sometimes worries us. About the changes that life brings, about femininity that takes on a completely different meaning over time, about our dreams, needs, and little pleasures.
About how to take care of ourselves, not to stop time, but to live the present beautifully. I invite you to this conversation. Stay for a moment. Maybe you will find something for yourself here.
