Emotions are a powerful source of inspiration. Joy, sadness, anger, love, or fear – each of these emotions can become fuel or creativity and artistic expression. Regardless of whether you paint, write, compose music, dance, or create in another form, emotions can lead you to new discoveries, authentic, free expression, symbolismand metaphors, allowing for the representation of feelings in a way that is non-literal and often deeper than words. Our guest will be Ms. Renata Wojnarowicz - a graduate of the Faculty of Fabric and Textile Conservation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She is currently engaged in painting, fabric art, and the conservation of artistic works. She participates in numerous competitions and painting plein airs. She has organized over 30 individual painting exhibitions as well as 7 individual tapestry exhibitions. The beauty of the surrounding world transformed into her artistic visions is the main theme of her creative activity.

BRAIN - OUR MANAGEMENT CENTER
Although it only makes up about 2% of our body weight, the brain is the management center not only of our body, but also
of our emotions. It determines whether we function properly. As one of the most complex organs, it is a real archive
of emotions and information. How extensive? Scientists are still pondering over it. The brain is still a great mystery
and surprises researchers.
But do we know that the health of the brain lies in our hands and its good condition largely depends on our lifestyle?
Does physical activity help rejuvenate our mind by up to 10 years?
Does a visit to a beautician affect the production of endorphins - the hormone of happiness produced mainly in the brain?
We will try to answer these questions and many others regarding the efficiency And "making" our brain happy during our workshops.

and acquaintances, joint trips and long conversations over a glass of wine. My many years of work
as a beautician and passion have allowed me to understand how important time and shared space devoted to expanding knowledge about health and beauty, as well as exchanging experiences, are.
